After collapsing of USSR, Central Asia region divided in a few state for example Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. This region have strategic meaning for many state, including US either through geopolitics, economic and cultural and region. A Period of Cliton administration, US take initiative build of road silk new by developing new oil pipe which pass region of Turkey. Since 1997, US start this area priority with “New Central Asia Strategy” policy. After 11/9 tragedy, US star to develop new defense doctrine by placing forward strike pre-emptive and intervention defensive which very is differing from of cold war moment using containment doctrine of deterrence. In campaign of “War on Terror”, US intive a number of state to fight terrorism with especial target of Al Qaeda with goverment of Taliban in Afganistan alleged as its protector. Since then, US come into play diplomatic, military and politic in central Asia.
